Cleanings:

We do not assure all stains, spots or spills to be removed completely, however, we will do our very best to remove them. Some stains, spots or spills are set in due to neglect or lack of maintenance. With professional cleaning from us, Area Rug Cleaners New Jersey, you will always be satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied, we will clean the item again at no additional charge. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the original service date. Any new services requested, even within the 24 hour window, will be billed separately. No refunds on cleaning services.

Repairs:

During the initial visit, our technician will explain the entire repair process from start to finish. Before any repair work begins, the full amount must be paid. For any service that we are hesitant to perform but the customer insists on proceeding, we waive all warranties and the full amount will remain due. No refunds on repair services.

Sales/Installations:

All new carpet sales, installation services, and rug pad purchases are final sales. No exchanges and no returns will be accepted. These items are custom ordered, and once an order is placed with the manufacturer, the process cannot be stopped. No refunds or exchanges on sales or installations including carpets, window coverings, and rug pads.
